In addition to overhauling the Eas series railway cars, we transformed them into Eas-x series wagons that meet international standards, which included the following:

  • Conversion of Y25 Cs type bogies to Y25 R type with R7T monoblock disc wheelsets,
  • reinforcement of the chassis, modernization of the brake system, complete replacement of the body frame, complete renovation of the shock absorber system, strengthening of the bogie frame,
  • replacement of lower turntables, fixed lateral sliding supports with plastic inserts, or in spring construction.

Fals series type 666 coal-carrying railway car

The Fals 656 series wagon was modernized at the same time as it was renovated. A Y25 bogie with R7T monobloc disc wheels was placed under the car. Thus, it became suitable for international traffic, its speed: 100 km/h loaded, 120 km/h empty. The insulation of the doors was also solved.
 

Sgs series container and swap body transport railway wagon

By converting the Rgs series freight car into the Sgs series, we obtained a car type that meets the needs of combined transport. The loading level of the car was reduced to 1210 mm and, according to the recommendations of UIC 571-4, it became suitable for the transport of containers of different sizes and swap bodies with the help of integrated container pins.

Hbis-tt

Two-axle wagon with sliding side walls. The superstructure exceeds the G2 structure gauge - so special-sized cargo can be transported in it - but it can only travel on an EVU-licensed track.

Eaos 5341 8_Voest

An E-series standard construction, high sided, open carriage was designed, with a new body and steel floor made of S700 MC high strength steel. In this way, the self-weight of the wagon was reduced approx. by 2 tons. During the reconstruction, the car was equipped with IB 116* LL. blocks in order to reduce noise.

Gbs-Elos

It was converted from a GBS series covered wagon. Instead of the body shell, a 1000 mm high body with two cleaning doors was built on top. A steel floor was installed instead of a wooden floor.
 

Gbs-Ks

It was converted from a GBS series covered wagon. The body was removed, and 12 foldable side walls and 2 foldable front walls were installed. A wooden floor and a steel floor can also be installed on the car.
 

Rns

The product is made from the Rns-z 3504 series railway car by shortening the chassis of the wagon. 16 side stanchions were designed, and 4 lashing eyes were installed. During the reconstruction, the car was equipped with IB 116* LL. blocks in order to reduce noise.

Long rail transporter 

The long-rail carriage was formed from 7 Rs 3908 series wagons. The wagons can be opened by folding down the front walls, so the entire length of the carriage can be passed through. The wagons are equipped with various fastening elements necessary for the transport of the rails, which enable safe transport.
